Property Owners Insurance Specialists: AMA

Alliance Insurance Brokers has specialized in the apartment and property owners insurance since 1988.

In 2005, Alliance was one of several brokers contacted by the Arizona Multi-housing Association (AMA) for the purpose of putting together an exclusive owner’s property & casualty program for its apartment community members.   

After several interviews and meeting with the AMA board of directors, Alliance was selected as the apartment & property owner insurance specialist of choice in early 2006. Alliance chose CIBA to be our insuring partner in this program as there was already a relationship in place.

In June 2006, the AMA program kicked off with 0 doors in program. At the 2-year mark, there were over 26,000 doors in program. As of today there are over 29,000 doors in program, making Alliance one of the largest brokerage firms specializing in apartment and property owners insurance.

Alliance functions both as retail and wholesale broker to CIBA for AMA and non-AMA related insurance products.
